Sa Carbonería means charcoal made meat, and yes, the place is about meat. Maintaining a very high quality is the goal of their owners using only organic meat from grass-fed animals. Then everything is simple, and their motto is: if it can be grilled, it should be grilled.

Meat gourmets will find only the best quality material here. Recommendable: the T-bone steak dish called “el chuletón dry aged”, which has matured over 45 days and is served on a hot stone, so that you can determine yourself, how you want it done. Another Spanish speciality: “secreto ibérico” taken from Black Angus beef is made to perfection here.
