We continue the blog, with some suggestive proposals for you to know our island better and of course to enjoy it in the best possible way. Today we bring to you some places with wonderful views in Ibiza. The best spots … Maybe ideal for a declaration of love? …

The first of our stops, is Dalt Vila in Ibiza Town. Onto its winding streets full of history, we keep on an upward direction towards Cathedral Square. Along the way there are  already wonderful views, but at the top you have the most  incredible views of the marina, marina Botafoch and all Ibiza.

We move now to a place very close to the beach of Cala d’Hort in the borough of San José. In search of Des Savinar Tower, also called the Pirate or des Cap des Jueu. It’s one of those towers that are situated at various strategic points along the coast of Ibiza, and which once were used to monitor the arrival or presence of visitors with malicious intent, such as pirates. For us, one of the most spectacular is at the edge of a huge natural cliff and right in front of the islets of Es Vedra and Es Vedranell. For the more adventurous, one which is quite difficult to get down to, is Atlantis, an ancient quarry. A truely unique place with huge carved rocks and spectacular waters.

In our search for beautiful viewing points  in unique locations, our next stop is known as Cap Negret viewpoint, north of San Antonio. A very special place, away from the bustle and mass tourism and amazing views from the incredible sea cliffs. It’s also has fabulous sunsets. Only a 10 minutes walk from here you will find another special corner, the autentic Punta Galera.

And finally, we put it to you to go to  the highest mountain on the island of Ibiza, Sa Talaia (475 meters). Not usually a place visited by tourists, you can enjoy nature in its purest with views of Ibiza and of this wonderful island. For those who like to hike it is perfect. About a two hour walk. Natural and wild Ibiza.

See you next week!.
