In our blog we have already given several ideas of how to spend a perfect day of sightseeing in Ibiza. Here we bring to you a perfect summer’s day in Ibiza.

7:00 a.m.
It’s time to wake up and see the sunrise from Villa Sunrise. This beautiful house with six bedrooms is located on the east coast, between Talamanca and Cala Llonga and has six bedrooms. Both elegant and comfortable, this villas boasts of two pools and fascinating views, which you view from several terraces. It is very close to Ibiza city and port.

9:00 a.m. The best way to start a day in Ibiza, with a typical Ibizan breakfast of course! We have chosen the inland town of Santa Gertrudes to begin your day. In Santa Gertrudes you can choose different dishes, either a tapa of fried pork or octopus if you wake up very hungry, if not you can opt for a fresh omelette. If you prefer something sweet, you can try a ensaïmada or Ibiza cupcakes ..always best if accompanied by a good coffee or fresh orange juice.

12.00 pm.
Now that your strength has been regained, its time to face the day so off to the beach we go! This time heading north, to Benirràs Beach, famous for its sunsets and because every Sunday you will see many hippies playing drums. It is a beautiful cove made up of white sand and turquoise water.

3:00 p.m. Lunch time. After bathing in the sun,and working up an appetite, what could be better than a fantastic bullit of peix in Port de Sant Miquel, in Port Balansat. For dessert you must try some Ibizan specialties such as delicious greixonera.

7:30 p.m. Time for sunset. From the north coast the sunset can be seen from several stunning points, such as the cliffs of Na Xamena, ideal for enjoying nature at its purest. Another option is to see the sunset is from one of the beautiful beaches near Portinatx, for example S’Illot des Rencli or Cala Xarraca.

9:00 pm. And what a  better way to end this great day than with a romantic dinner. As we are in the north, we also have plenty of options for couples, like Luna Nell’Orto in Sant Miquel (specialities fresh pasta and gourmet grilled meats),  Can Pau restaurant on the road to Santa Gertrudis ( Catalan fusion cuisine ) or Amalur on the road to Sant Miquel Eivissa (refined and elegant Basque cuisine Basque).

23 am. For a nightcap we can go to Nassau Beach Club. A perfect spot to have a drink, listen to great music and enjoy their modern lounge club. The night is still young in Ibiza….enjoy!
